Question on Link Pages

If links that were inside the same free site dir wouldn't count, it would take about 1 hour before people would start abusing it and put up moneybars pointing to FPA's located in the same dir. "Hey, they're not counted, it's within the same dir".

So my stand on it is that if the submitter makes money or benefits from the link, it's counted. That way there's no room for abuse or misinterpretation.

I am floating face down on the river of confusion.

Is Pagan asking for permission to add a 5th page to his free sites and that page would be this 'links page'? Or is he asking for permission to place 50-100 additional links on his index page? Or is he asking if it is ok to link to a 'links page' that isn't even within the structure of the free site itself?

If it's a 5th page that is part of the free site's structure, to me, that would be bad. That wouldn't just violate the max links-out rule, it would hit with sticks, ass rape it, and bury its mutilated corpse in several unmarked graves.

If he is asking to add all of the links to the index page, well, that would be a monster no-go as well.

If he's asking if it's ok to link to a pre-built page somewhere off of the free site itself, I could care less, as long as it is one of his three links. Within those three links, as long as one isn't linking to anything illegal, I don't really care.

Not that my opinion matters.
