In an effort to raise awareness for your site, and to expand upon your business, you run some advertising. A few folks... competitors, anti-porn fanatics, whatever... go to a public discussion board, and in front of an audience of potential customers proclaim that you promote and provide child pornography. The statements are malicious, untrue, and scare the crap out of folks who may have otherwise purchased a membership with your site. If this doesn't help to clarify, and personalize some of our concerns, there's really not much more I can offer at this point. |
