Hello guys.
Sorry for the late answer. We moved site from the old server to the newest one and temporary closed submit page. It was open on the new location, but Thumbler's provider DNS was pointed to the old place (you know DNS changes differ by time for different surfers). Now all OK. PenisBot completely transfered to the new server and working fine.
