I don't believe I made myself real clear, my apologies.
From my end... I simply see a link in for review from someone new.
From experience;
I have about a 5% chance of going to pop hell.
I have about a 2% of getting some sort of virus (it gets blocked, but nonetheless)
About 30% chance of it being autosubmitted. (then need to blacklist)
20% don't have the correct recip.
30% can't seem to read rules.

So yeah it's a small window, I'm a bit picky.

However, you are correct, content weighs better than layouts.
And knowing who the heck you are weighs even more.
Now I know who you are, your background, and most importantly, how to reach you.

I do send out a lot of fix this/fixthat emails.

Wow! That's 87% who won't make it - leaving 13% or around 1 in 8 who will.
I never realised there were so many people around who couldn't follow the basic requirements to get listed.
