the irony will be in 6 months when UW makes it big, buys a new house and turns his current residence into a rental.

I've hinted at converting it back, but the wife will not hear of it. She just wants to sell and run. We should be able to sell it for twice as much as we bought it for due to the increase in property values. This is, of course, assuming I ever finish the cosmetics.
