I do. Anytime you put up a link to another site, you are suggesting it to your site's visitors. You are saying that they should visit that site and you are deeming it worthy. If you are going to link to an FPA, it better be a high traffic page that is willing to give you a prominent link back, or else it's just a traffic leak. Hard links are a relationship that should hopefully benefit each party in some manner.

I agree. I would also like to point out that this is the second time in as many days that I've seen UW make an entire post without saying anything offensive.
