don't think that it works

or at least I can't imagine how it should work... but maybe there is someone here who knows

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but anyway here ya go...

In the "Edit Options" section you can set the width and height of the thumbnail.
Make sure you have "Require that all thumbs be exactly the height and width entered below?" checked.
