I got the emails from Digifan and resent the FTP, it had already been sent, but for some reason she does not get them at her end.

She gets our newsletters, but not the FTP emails and I have no idea why.

We have looked at our system over and over and can't see why this is. Anyone got any suggestions because this happens to 1 in 200.

But we have set up the system now so clients do not need the email. Once I have created the FTP folder a client can log into the site and download their content without the FTP email. We also point this out as peope are ordering.

So I'm now on ICQ with Digifan and all seems to be going well.

Don't know what's going on with e-mail, but I've had problems contacting 2 different folks in the past couple weeks. Seems only my mails were bouncing from their servers...no idea why.

In any case, happy endings are always good...enjoy your content Digi!
