So, you haven't been approved by the state yet?

When did you send in you application?

BTW, that rumor of needing a 2 or 4 yr degree has been around for like 20 years.

If you think about it, from the States standpoint it makes no sense.

They bring in a lot of money off the apps and as long as the application process weeds out undesirable people...what would be the point?

That requirement would need to be proposed well in advance of actually instituting it.

Florida doesn't even require one to be a US Citizen to have a Real Estate license- as you know.

IFREC should really feature the fact one can apply to state prior to passing the class test.

Let me know how the Prep classes are. I'm under the impression that it will help some, but isn't a substitute for taking the class over because every person gets 1 or 2 questions...and ya never know how helpful other people's questions will be.

Are you taking the Prep this weekend? Let me know what you think.

Glad to hear your just about settled in. Was beginning to wonder when you'd re-surface from VN. Its a good thing that I didn't listen to UW's mind games regarding your rumored disappearance.
