What would you rather have content or money?

If the content was shot here in the USA using hot European models that stayed here long enough to get work permits and CA driver lisenses and came with complete scanned copies (not photos) of the model IDs, a signed, datad and notorized copy of the model release forms and the content was actually good then maybe I'd choose the content.

Otherwise it's pretty hard to tell at this point

What's wrong with them being shot here? I'm the primary producer so it's fine.

I assume you don't want to give the content to affilaites. LOL

When you read the regulations it's up for debate if a US based company can use content unless the model has a US issued ID.

Remember the paragraph below does not say "PRIMARY producer". It only uses the term producer which mean both primary and secondary.

"or, a foreign government-issued equivalent of any of the
documents listed above when both the person who is the subject of the
picture identification card and the producer maintaining the required
records are located outside the United States."
