Even the most puritanical reviewer will accept a hardcore PenisBot recip because they know it's a strong traffic source. It's just good business.

To answer the first question, this:

Hardcore banner, image, counter or link to another porn site on your index page.

does not appear to imply that all of those things are wrong. Notice the word 'or'. Sounds like they have a bunch of options all lumped together and that's the one they selected without indicating which one is the precise reason for rejection. You know whether or not you're using a hardcore banner. You know if you'r eusing a counter. If it's not one of those two reasons, then you are linking to another list or promoting a sponsor that they have banned.

That's my guess.

And now my aside. People who don't allow hardcore on the index page need to lay off the crack pipe. Child-friendly warning pages would only make sense if Google only indexed index pages. Don't submit to them.

madhatter if you get to this thread and read my post, I am sorry. I do agree I fucked up but to accuse me of constantly making mistakes is not fair. If you've NEVER made a mistake then go ahead and maintain your zero tolerance policy and keep me banned.

I had that it looks like its just stardard response, I dont think its anythign personal.

I got banned from a LL without being given the time to resolve the issues and any attempts to resolve the situation were either ignored or never received.

As some one says further up - move on :-)

I also noticed that they have taken on the task of policing for 2257 - they now require a 2257 notice on every page of your free site that has explicit content in contrast to the regulations that only require it on the root of the domain or any subdomain (not directories). But then thats their call - just doesnt seem Id want to place myself in the position of having that rule and having someone from DOJ take it literally that I was playing picture cop
