I personally really dislike central Florida. It's way hotter and more humid with more biting bugs then the part I live in. Actually that could be said for even going 15 miles west of me which is probably the reason that real estate is so much less then where I live but at least the political climate is much nicer in southeast Florida then central Florida.

If I was unable to live on the coast here I would probably live someplace in the western US like Nevada or something since I really do like the landscape out there. I don't see myself ever living in Florida unless I can live on the coastline next to the ocean.
