I couldn't agree more about the difference between Florida in the middle versus its edges. If they'd just expand Lake Okeechobee to fill all of the inland area, we could have just one central huge lake/marina, the Intracoastal Waterway, and two coastlines. Good morning from the place that the book and movie Last of the Mohicans is based on; named Glens Falls eventhough they allowed the paper mills on both sides of the mighty Hudson river to bury the falls in concrete and put in a dam so that there is zero evidence that the falls ever existed. That stupid spider-hole of a cave that those fine folks hid in is still there, but it's under the bridge and you can only see it if you work at the paper mill on this side of the river.

Anyway, it's Saturday. I shall continue to work on my semi-top secret project for free site submitters. And some other stuff too.

What's a good name for a site that assists free site submitters in locating lists? There's more than that involved though. It's not just a list of link lists. That would have been far too easy. Give me a name, damn you.

Not much going on here except recovering from a project that burned a ton of time installing software that doesn't do what it says. Upon further questioning, these are planned features -- but your sales literature claims they exist.

So, today, starting back at square one with another piece of software that appears to be promising. Not quite as featureful as I would have hoped, but, at least I have code I have written that will do the job for the pieces that were missing. But, at least there will be some sign of progress.

Yes Florida is very hot, and I hate the bugs also. I live in St. Pete on the bay. We don't get the rain like everyone else. If you ever look on radar there will be a little clear spot that's getting no rain. That would be us! A lot of people don't like Florida as a place to live but I love it. I don't go to the attractions been there done enough. I think traffic is crazy just about anywhere. After spending my first 18 years in Maine, I'll take Florida any day can't beat the winters!!
