I don't really care either, Idon't group my general recips together, I group my recips by traffic level - and since Fetish philes sends nice traffic then I would also add your new site along some other goodies

It wouldn't matter to me - all three options are fine and I group more by traffic and type of site than type of recip. I like cfnm's suggestion too, though it might make a lot more work for you once people figured out they would get listed with an incorrect recip.
I love Fetish Philes, too, btw - it's a great list!
