there is a different sponser I use that is offering a similar situation. they are in Austrailia and are offer to host sites on thier DNS and their servers as a way to avoid this. I just emailed them to ask about this. It sounds nice, but like mentioned before even if everything is hosted offshore, I live in the US and I build and upload the website so that makes me the secondary producer and still subject to the law.

Host porn in Australia! I highly doubt it. Unless it is totally softcore that is against our laws. Maybe they are in Australia but host elsewhere..

...and many of us will ban anyone who submits a sponsor hosted link. It's not a solution.
