Somewhere here Kit posted that content is a BIG factor - I (sort of) quote ~ 'if the content gives the reviewer a hard on you get a better rating'
Based on they look at porn all day as we all do, so if something gives them an erection, or maybe just a twitch, that goes a long way in bumping your rating

Also of course his listing tips mention the other favourable things.

i believe my highest tier was 5 or 6, was an site without banners and bought content and very nice one, i still wonder what yo have t get an tier 3, maybe an site pure gold

, i am happy with penis bot even with an tier 10(if that excist) i make and submit( well i did that and didnt do it much lately, for real i dont make free sites anymore) and get listed......good old times

My last submit to them got a tier 6, not the best but im greatful that they list me and dont have to pay for it :-)
