But today I received a check from a company I could not found on your list:

TELEHEALTH NETWORK, LLC

Do somebody knows to which sponsor belongs?

Now I have scrolled through NINE pages = 9! - and the only reference to pcomexory I have found was the question above (on page 5 or so) - but no reply, and the only Google result is pointing to this thread, too!
