Now I have a question about the payout structure, yo!

from the pussycash site: "There are two ImLive affiliate programs to choose from. With the paying user program, you get paid per $32-$100 per signup according to the following scale every two weeks:
For the free user program, you get $1 per free verified sign-up (and $1.25 starting with the 251st free verified sign-up per pay period). Statistics are updated online and ARE NOT applied retroactively."

If I am sending traffic trying to get the $80 per signup, what if the surfer signs up for a free account and then converts to a paid account at some point? Do I get my 80 bucks? or do I at least get my $1?
