toplist and hosting site for sale!!

Hey , How Ya Doing!
First Off i dont usually do this , but i have so many Things on the Go , i just can Take the responsibilty of these 2 domains. so im putting them up for sale.
One is a Top List that gets usually 8 to 9 thousand hits a Day on Average.
and one is a Free Hosting Site that gets 5000 or so Hits a day and a lot of it is from SE.
these are 2 great Sites and the TL has been live since 1999 and from the stats from my server it says it is linked to by almost 2500 other distinct pages on other web servers.

These 2 sites i was gonna try and build up big and they do have great potential , but like i sayed , i have so many projects like these on the go , it would be impossible for me to run these sites right , so there up for sale.

People that know what there doing in the adult biz could easily make these big money makers , and newbies are welcome to try.

Also Approx. 1300 Email address's of Webmasters are Included. From Webmasters Submitted sites or signing up etc. so those in itself can be used if you have your own pay sites or whatever! ... gimme a shout if interested ...
