The boogeyman says he'll eat those candles for dinner. Only by putting your name on a sealed list retained by the dom (Department of Monsters) (it'll stay sealed too! honest!) will you be protected.

I cant imagine in a political climate like this that a list of that nature would be seized or viewed illegaly
