Thank you, Cleo and swedguy!
 Our two youngest are coming down for a visit, and will be here to help celebrate our anniversary and the Fourth. The oldest - in Maine - couldn't get time off work. My youngest makes the world's best potato salad and the menu that I'm constructing keeps getting more elaborate. (Menus are so much more fun to make when you have absolutely NO intention of doing any of the cooking!  )
