There really needs to be some kind of stiff penalty for BS lawsuits. It's just ridiculous how many sue happy freaks there are running around in the US today.

It would be simple if the looser of the law suit had to pay ALL expenses for both parties. that would immediately put an end to all the BS suits. No one would sue anyone unless they really bealieved they could win.

These guys won one law suit, use the lawyer fees as tax write offs and keep doing it even when there is little chance of winning.

I think maybe the lawyer of the looser should have to pay all court costs. Now that would keep a lot of BS lawsuits out of the courts...
