Where is the QUALITY Asian content?!?!

OK. I have seen many dozens of content sites. granted, I haven't signed up for a few to see the 'demo', but I am just not finding what is my biggest fetish- which is Asian girls.

I'm looking for quality along the lines of asian4you.com

Been downloading alt.binaries.bluebirds since god knows when.

Lived in Japan 3 years and I'm engaged to a Thai woman.

I want my site to have some adorable native SE Asian...girls.

Why on earth can I not find ONE top notch content provider who has lots of great asian models?

Too bad I can't scan my Japanese Penthouse mags, huh?

Just spent 20 minutes searching the photos. Sort by price didn't always seem to work. There wasn't a single asian girl there I'd put on my site. The ones that

looked promising in the thumbs (2 only) didn't cut it in photo quality.

In general- sorta..flat and grainy in samples- even their $100 set of a European blonde is not quite there for me.

Would search though some of the other European girls to find that needle in a hey stack though. But, no dice on the asian content I want. Not even close to be honest. :-(

OK. Better here. Not surprisignly, the porn stars have the highest res nicest sets- but there are some gems in there and they have a lot. Will go back later and hunt down the best of the best.

Not *exactly* what I want, but I don't think what I want exists. Maybe I should start a fully US compliant content service when I get back to Thailand.

ClubXtreme - Went though all 13 pages of Asians. I was annoyed I could not sort by price and they did not show me the resolution information in "More Info".

Wishlists are a great feature at content sites BTW. Besides the porn stars ONE model looked promising, but then pics quality wasn't great and she had a bad boob job. :-(

The trouble with Thailand is that it is illegal to take nude pictures... So even if you can find a girl willing to do so, most won't provide an ID, because that's registered proof of her involvement.

Funny that the perceived sex capital of the world outlaws any kind of pornography and even turned Britney Spears away at the airport for her provocativeness in her videos...and that was a couple years ago, before she got on the slut kick.

Yeah- I know. And have wondered about that when I saw their Bangkok stuff. I did read there FAQ and compliance. The guy (David) seems to really have it together. Though, I fail to understand why he has empty categories when you browse categories. <shrug>

I really like when content providers let ya buy individual pics.

I plan to take polls and let my users decide what what sets they's want to see most.

The written law is one thing in SE Asia, who you know and give kick backs to is the reality. I recall reading in Bangkok Post that a survey of foreign companies was taken and Thailand came in at #2 for most corrupt country to do business in.

"Oddly", helmet check points are set up at the end of the month and fines are paid to cops, but ya don't see much documentation during the fines.

It is a very sharp double edged sword though...that can cut ya good. I'm engaged to a Thai woman and cannot WAIT to get back there.

Thanks. I am banking on that for the success of my site. Can quality overcome quantity? We'll see. I'll be combing the far reaches of content providers to find the least saturated pics of the super stars.

Really, my target audience is me. Have been pulling images and movies offf usenet for YEARS. News servers from ISP's are starting to suck a lot and paid servers are great...

But- if one is rather picky ya keep maybe 5% of all the stuff downloaded. The amateur picks are the worst. People think they need 200+ pics in a set. In rare cases where ya have a REAL hard on for a chick maybe you'd keep a lot.

Overall, though- I'd rather have 10 of the *best shots* displayed from a set of 60 and let folks download a ZIP/RAR of the full set.

People are getting higher resolution monitors/laptops and the pics of usenet are just too friggin' small. I think if I toss out hi-res quality content and provide links to pay sites that:

1) Never circle jerk you
2) Have no pop-ups
3) Have top content
4) Are fairly easy to navigate
5) And generally are in line with my tatses

...people will take the plunge.

Being a free site (initially) I can't go nuts on content. Strategy is to dangle out the cream of the crop and build up a solid user base/traffic/community...for a good while. Listen to the users. Take lots of polls. I saw Suze.net had a poll for visitors last night to see what the lurkers wanted from her site. Smart.

I wil *contently* ask for ratings on photo sets and the sites I link to to weed out the bad.

As traffic builds (hopefully), the more feedback I get- the more clear what content I'd need to provide to a paid area. I'd probably go with as many custom shoots as possible.

Hell, my users will actually design the shoots because I'll get very granular in asking what they want. Suze's site asked good question like what positions are good, if they preferred Porn stars, how we like to see a woman get off, and so on.

Sorry to ramble but as I learned more and more from reading here- jumpin' to links to articles and so forth it just became more and more clear what my goal/business plan was to become.

Think I nailed it down. Starting graphics process now and entrance page design.

THE BIGGEST bitch will be picking my initial content. I have too many good options now, which is a good thing. Couldn't sleep last night as things just clicked....will probably work till burn out then step back from the adult site a day or two.

In all honesty, if I found _the source_ for what I wanted I would probably never share the info. While I have found really close stuff...

I have concluded one would need to shell out big bucks and go to fully custom shoots to get what we want.

Hand pick photographers/studios and pay good money to get good qulity.

This is the only true way. There *are* good reasons why the content type of this thread is hard to get. SE Asia is rich in beautiful woman, but the countries are also super strict on porn.

Japan is really expensive (I lived there too) and for any foreign photo/video producer to bop into Tokyo and conduct custom shoots would be:

1) Politically tricky- for those who control porn there..not in the legal sense..but like- You will get a visit from someone who will ask you nicely once and only once to leave.
2) Language barriers [translators are expensive]
3) Culture barriers [you'd need to know your shit about their country]
4) A *LOT* of money. The sort of money that would probably make it a break even sorta deal.

Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Loas, Myanmar- any porn is under ground, black market stuff. You have to go to night markets and get shitty VCD's. As digifan notes, even nudity in general is frowned upon in those countries.

So...in conclusion- to get what "we" want is a bitch and a half.

I liked your ramblings and all the interesting info and I am sure that you can and will make a great site without even vids... because the ethernal beauty of the Asian girls is a winner and with your high standards you will find your target audinece fast.

I have never seen such beautiful women in my life...it's utterly amazing. The average Thai street girl can be anything from skank to pretty, but the 'Thai Beauties' that you find in upper class establishments are beyond words. And I have never been there yet but I've seen lots of shots, magazines, the best scans one can imagine. Even the Urabon books are of hight quality and no wonder they are so popular worldwide. But those scans are really amazing, Kuni etc.

Just wanted to post a note regarding a content provider who was super helpful to me and my little budget.

I suppose it's a good matter of who you 'hook up' with, but Danny over at matrixcontent not only has great taste, but was *very* accomodating to a small fry like myself.

I know this sounds spammy and guess it is, but it is also a genuine opinion:

For good mainstream content hit danny@matrixcontent up. I doubt you'll regret it. He's busy but very good people.

I still have 5 models and then some non mainstream stuff to get.

It's sort of a bitch when you don't have much money to spend AND are really friggin' picky like myself.

DennisK, I may me contacting you. I had loaded up a cart with over 2k that sat there for a couple days on another content provider.

After a couple very nice e-mails and offers of big discounts this provider stopped replying to my e-mails after I mentioned I was a small fry. I sent a basic e-mail asking a couple ?'s and have not recieved a vacation message nor a reply.

That 2k cart is now $380 or so and shrinking. While there may be a good explanation there's no excuse to leave a potential long term cutomer's e-mail going unanswered more than 2 business days.

I'm now really hesitant to even buy a single set even though they have some excellent content I haven't been able to find elsewhere.

I don't need quantity for my site to be, I need quality. I know this isn't the norm at all. I don't care- I'm still a paying customer and DO plan to grow. The biggest 'no brainer' to me was Ashley over at redroommedia.

Sorry for the rant(s) folks...

I feel pretty good about having bought my first batch of content yesterday from redroom and matrixcontent.

I have never seen such beautiful women in my life...it's utterly amazing. The average Thai street girl can be anything from skank to pretty, but the 'Thai Beauties' that you find in upper class establishments are beyond words. And I have never been there yet but I've seen lots of shots, magazines, the best scans one can imagine. Even the Urabon books are of hight quality and no wonder they are so popular worldwide. I suppose it's a good matter of who you 'hook up' with, but Danny over at matrixcontent not only has great taste, but was very accomodating to a small fry like myself. I know this sounds spammy and guess it is, but it is also a genuine opinion: For good mainstream content hit danny@matrixcontent up. I doubt you'll regret it. He's busy but very good people. I still have 5 models and then some non mainstream stuff to get. It's sort of a bitch when you don't have much money to spend AND are really friggin' picky like myself. DennisK, I may me contacting you. I had loaded up a cart with over 2k that sat there for a couple days on another content provider. After a couple very nice e-mails and offers of big discounts this provider stopped replying to my e-mails after I mentioned I was a small fry. I sent a basic e-mail asking a couple ?'s and have not recieved a vacation message nor a reply. That 2k cart is now $380 or so and shrinking. While there may be a good explanation there's no excuse to leave a potential long term cutomer's e-mail going unanswered more than 2 business days. I'm now really hesitant to even buy a single set even though they have some excellent content I haven't been able to find elsewhere. I don't need quantity for my site to be, I need quality. I know this isn't the norm at all. I don't care- I'm still a paying customer and DO plan to grow. The biggest 'no brainer' to me was Ashley over at redroommedia. Sorry for the rant(s) folks... But, I never got an answer here and didn't know it would be like finding a needle in a heystack deal. The rant above is from the place I found. So, I'd be sorta hesitant to recommend them at this point as I'm hesitant to place an order. Seeing how they respond to an e-mail I just sent. I just wanted to watch fear Factor to decompress a bit. I've actually been very picky on content and 2257 compliance and all the proactive stuff one needs to do. I'd think ebony/black sites would be a popular niche. Guess not, eh? I noticed in searching content there isn't much selection of black woman.
