People not using IE

Pretty heavy Netscape usage.

Stats slanted a bit more to the geeks who would be typical users here.

Win 3.x - the thing is still out there in droves. B4 I got into web design I was co team lead of Installations of new computer systems within a large Hospital system. Mostly, Win 3.x "upgrading" to Windows NT workstation. A few VIP's got Win2K.

And the ETA to complete the upgrades was appx 4 years.

It's always interesting to see these stats and how well they reflect the user base.
