How long does it take Google to react to a spam report?

Before, I was irritated. Now, I'm pissed.

Everyone welcome GG&Jims newest member CyberMax, who works for Emma's Reviews. He's a fucktard.

This morning, this was revealed to me:

The resulting link WAS redirecting to http://www.emmasreviews.com
For those of you who don't know, I own whoringwives.com CyberMax just hit me up on ICQ: take a look

30 seconds after that brief that, CyberMax hit me up again to let me know that "i have fixed our shit.. try whoring-wives.adultactioncam.biz now.."

So now it redirects to my root.

Unfortunately I deleted him right after the conversation. I did an ICQ search for CyberMax, but all I get is some Russian dude that doesn't appear to be him at all.
