I still don't know what it is.

Here is what is says on the stub:

Affiliate Name: My Corporation Name
Affiliate ID: (it's blank)
Payout Period: (it's blank)

Toll Free Support: (it's blank)
Outside the USA: 005982-901-50-64 ext 48

Man, the money isn't half bad and this month was about 35% more than last month. I wonder where it's from.
