Anyway, It really lacks center tags within the cells, IE <td align=center> - so it defaults to the left in good browsers. The various elements look fine in IE, so I would have approved it, but you have that big ugly chunk of linked text on http://www.pornrex.com/teenieorgasm/teens/main.html
It's not rule breaker obviously, it's just a personal preference. When you have a shit load of text describing your sponsor, don't link it all. Link only one line or phrase, like this:

That way it prettys it up and you don't get surfers pissed off because they mistakenly click on a monstrous paragragh.
