Need advice on keywords

The keyword to content relevance is not good. No big deal but you may get penalized for spamming or keyword stuffing. I'd personally drop half of those words in the keywords tag.

The description is 329 characters long. Again, no big deal, but I'd shorten it.

Since your index.php isn't your domain root, I'd name it something completely different, like welcome.html or home.html.

Your logo up top should have an alt tag.
