Baddog is right, you need to make sure that your blog does not use 'nofollow' tags. If you're using wordpress you can uninstall "dofollow" as instructed above.
Bill, here is the code i use under permalinks /%postname%.html some folks use /%postname%/ and if your post names are usually pretty long maybe /%category%/%postID%/ is better for you. ![]() |

I've played with the permalink settings in options, and I understand the principle.
But I think the problem I am having is with the htaccess, if my research is correct. I think I need to use a modified htaccess to get it to work. But, I just haven't gotten to fixing the htaccess. Maybe I'll get the time to mess with it later on tonight. I actually tried trackbacking to boogies blog in one of the posts on this blog, the 2257 post near the bottom of the page. I posted about this in an earlier blogs and blogging post. But, blog novice that I am, I wasn't sure that I did it right, and suspect I did it wrong. |
