You have to use the JavaScript option if you are going to use it across domains. Seems the JavaScript slows down the page loading

I don't use any javascript and I run it across several domains.

Under allowed Invocation types just check Allow Remote Invocation. That will run normal banners. The box below says Allow Remote Invocation for Javascript and I don't have that one checked.

Works fine for me this way.
