The way I am hearing it is what you're saying, plus the agreement also stipulates that you have to make ibill either your primary or co primary processor or your funds revert back to stock.

So, to cut a long story short, by the time I get my shares the penny stock spammers will be targetting ibill and I'll double my money overnight?
