He got the house for $224k 18 mos ago. The house next door is on the market for $412k. It's the same model with not as many upgrades.

Between $200-$250k is still the overall % leader in terms of overall sales, but certain pockets have gone up nearly 100% in the past 18 mos.

In his area they just built a new school about three blocks away so I think it had something to do with it too.

But it is definately crazy. I hear stories all the time about people justing putting up a sign and selling on the first day. I'm on the Atlantic side myself, and it is just as lucrative with the condo and hotel market.

The domains, nah, that's okay, go ahead and give it to them. I should work with what I have anyways! lol
