I use videos a lot, I can't remember ever being turned down.

I just put the site in the niche, I only submit to the movie cat if it doesnt fit any thing else.

I am not sure about conversions...

I would like to warn you only do it if you have extra transfer with your host.

mpegs are 2.7% of my hits, but they are 66.6% of my transfer...
