Are there any sponsors that have daily galleries with corresponding thumbs that also change daily?

http://BucksMania.com has over 1000 galleries which could be rotated daily
you also can set how much new galleries you want every day |

Toy Teen has these with hotlinkable thumbs.
Toy Teen Movie Gallery Toy Teen Pic Gallery Toy Lesbian Movie Gallery Toy Lesbian Pic Gallery Perfect Gonzo has a plugin with daily thumbs. They also have a daily movie plugin for each of their sites. |

InstaTGP is another way to have rotating sponsor galleries on your system. Not sure if it's precisely what you're looking for but feel free to take a look. You basically could have categorized pages on your site with the thumbnails updated daily using content from sponsors of your choosing.
