Today is just more of the same, except that I have a headache that is causing great sensitivity to light. So I'm probaby not going to last long at the screen.

I'm just getting ready to splash paint on someone's house, and since by bosses/neighbors/friends are even slower in the morning than me (yes, hard to believe, isn't it?) - here I sit. I'll go over to their place for 9:10 and sit there for another 20 minutes, then we'll get some more paint (I don't know why they won't buy it all at once, but I don't ask questions either) then we'll get our morning coffee, eventhough I've already had three cups before they woke up. It's good work and they pay me more than I'm worth, so I'm happy with it. (I know, I know - paying me at all is paying me more than what I'm worth
 )I've been taking it easy lately. Reeeeeeally easy. I be mellowing. Things are good and only getting better. If I can convince my wife that her giving me daily head would benefit my mental well-being, the world would be a better place.

Got my splint changed at 8AM this morning. New one is much better and comes off for cleaning and I can even use my hand somewhat for mousing but it's blue thermal plastic and is going to clash with everything that I wear.
Luna is on her way over so that we can go fill up a bunch of gas cans since it may be another week or more before I have power again. Over half the people that I spoke to this morning while getting my splint changed also have no power still and many don't have generators. Drove through our downtown for the first time today. It's sad, looks like downtown was bombed or something with many of the windows in the high-rises missing windows and still getting boarded up. Off to go put another five gallons of fuel in the generator… |

Today is another day with swedguy's favorite thing to do - pack my backpack. Heading to Valencia, Spain tomorrow. Damn it's going to feel good to get rid of this shitty, gloomy ass Swedish weather for a while. |

Morning everyone. Killed my blog today. Just not enough time for everything. I've got a new project that's bending me over backwards, and you just can't fit everything into a day, you know.

Fuel tank farm is full again and I'm $140 poorer. Sad thing is I will need to do this again if I'm one of the last by Nov. 13 to be restored people. Haven't seen even one repair crew in my neighborhood or any place on the east side of town today which is not a promising sign at all. I just hope this cool weather holds.
On the subject of my splint I think the velcro bands are chroma blue but the thermal plastic is more of a baby blue. |

Firemen and woman here are very fit and very good looking. I often see them at the gym. Back some years ago I dated one of the fireman who worked at the firehouse up the street. Nice guy but way too into himself and spent more time in the mirror then I do.
Just now I finally saw a pole truck and bucket truck from the electric repair. It was one block from my house and when I rode my bike over to see what they were doing they drove away. |

hmmm i fucked a fireman once.. at the end of the St. Paddy's parade. The only thing i remember is that he was cute in his uniform.. and guess he didn't make a BIG impression out of it.
and a good afternoon, pornmongers. Another day of looking at twisted metal called hot rods and cool cars. Met the guy who invented "candy apple red" back in the late 50's. He's still milking that puppy.. anyway..hope everyone had an equally productive day.  |
