We are with new LL for posters again

I have a neighbor who gets picked up by the city police every once in awhile because he doesn't show up to the mental health unit to get his court mandated shots. A few weeks back he was arrested for attempting to steal a car from a used car lot. He doesn't understand why his actions are wrong because he was going to leave a note informing them where the car could be found. He actually did that with a boat a few years ago in Lake George. He was tired of walking around, found a boat docked behind a restaurant, took it, but left a note to the owner telling them the he was merely borrowing the boat. Early this week, I saw him approaching my yard, I looked up and said "Shut up and go away". This angered him.

He was really, really pissed. So I'm standing there in my driveway getting my kids in the car and this fucking lunatic is screaming "Fuck you" and accusing me of stealing his bicycle. He was muttering and stammering and going just plain balistic. Out of no where, he started screaming something like "YOU WERE WEARING A PORN SHIRT! I'LL DRIVE YOU OUT OF THIS COMMUNITY! A WARREN COUNTY INVESTIGATOR WILL BE AT YOU DOOR IN TWO HOURS! FUCK YOU, YOU FUCKING DEGENERATE ASSHOLE! YOU WERE WEARING A PORN SHIRT!. He was referring to the Lunar Cash shirt I was wearing the first day he introduced himself to me which was the only time I didn't walk away from while telling him that he's nuts. (I didn't no about him being nuts yet.)

What does this have to do with this thread? Nothing - see sig.
