While I made the decision to drop the third link tag from my recips in order to help my submitters comply with that ridiculous rule (which is exactly what I said in the thread you're quoting), I do not support it and I do not have or enforce that rule.

Looks OK and I'd list it, but I'll echo what MrYum said about linking entire paragraphs. The mouseover makes them difficult to read, and I think they cost webmasters clickthoughs
