And I dont happen to agree that incest(fake), rape(fake),young teen(fake) or animal is acceptable - so I dont list them.
And yes the hun would be banned if he ever submitted it to me But I doubt seriously that he would submit a free site to any LL

fetish1 has it right - its my list, my traffic and my choice - not yours - if you want to list that stuff or be associated with it - thats your choice - I choose to ban anyone that uses certain hosts - I dont care if they own the host, rent from them, steal from them or have a free deal with them - they just arent going to get listed - final!
I am not sure why this topic keeps coming up as if you do a search of this board there are loads of threads since the board opened about which hosts are banned - and why. Its not going to change and no amount of posting dissenting opinions is going to sway a LL owner to change their rules - they have them for a reason

Actually - it wouldnt matter in your specific case as I only take partners submits and youre not one of them - so kind of a nonsense argument about my banning - I have certain rules and my submitters all know what they are and they all follow them - thats why they are partners and others are not. I think you miss the point.

Your server in a hosting cesspool is still in a cesspool. Nobody is going to care if you paid for the box or 3fn bought the box and rented you, or whatever. You are in a cesspool, plain and simple.

You pay money for hosting to a company that supports types of sites that most american LL won't list.

The individual link sites are private business that can pick and choose who and how they list people. You may not LIKE that, but all the whining in the world won't change it.

Nobody asks you to list those types of sites... Nobody also asks you to list any other type of sites... You can reject all sites, if you want... and without any reason. It's your right and personal business, of course.

But include good sites that YOU simply won't list, by the mentioned above reason, into the public blacklist... it is not already your personal business.

First off - the banning that I do of specific hosts does not get shared on a public blacklist - as a matter of fact I dont let people know what hosts are blacklisted other than the ones that have been posted on this board over a few years. And I wont give out the info because it wouldnt help anyone that submits to me as I am partner only and they all know what hosts I dont accept.

Second - the simulated incest issue - right now as the law stands in the US - it is against the law - although it is being looked at by the circuit court as part of the 2257 issue - some of the wording in the new version basically made simulated the same as real - it will probably be struck down, but Im sure not gonna stake my business on it.
Basically - with the way the federal laws interact with specific state laws on obscenity and what is and is not allowed - it would be stupid to try to pander to an audience looking for incest - and based on the keyword metas you have on your site - you are pandering to them

I don't know what porn movies you are watching... they are terrible actors. They perform (dick in, dick out, repeat), they rarely act. Most porn acting involves "Hi, my name is bob, let's fuck".
