Well I have to say, if you need to renew you DL in Jersey it's a pain. They have this point system where certain ID's = certain points. IE a passport =4 or something. I had to renew mine the day before that new system went into effect so I was lucky. All we heard on the radio and TV was how it was near impossible for some people to get a license. Even with a marrage certificate. The only good experiences I have had with them after this new system has been getting plates and titles. I have gone 3 times and each time was only 20 minutes.
