Do you think I protect cheaters? - NO! But I protect good and honest webmasters who are also automatically banned in your system. But now I realized that it's not my problem. I try to protect people and as result I'm attacked by the gang of children

That's cheating. 40 weeks of taking his sites. Taking the traffic from the recips (wonder how those required recips feel about them sending traffic and you sending zero?) and taking and taking and giving nothing. Not even the common courtesy of an email.
