Fortunately this is not a ban. Just penalty due to the some reason related to big reciprocal linking. Yahoo don't like too much reciprocal links.

I know the sites recovered from this state.

You know of sites recovered from the "linklist ban" at yahoo, Kit?

How do you think they accomplished that?
