LEASING? How do we know you won't simply do whatever you want with the domain. By NOT owning and controling the domain you could take the domain and do anything you want with it.
It is obvious you are not experienced in Adult and that is totally fine. But noone will lease a domain from you at all. Selling advertising maybe but your site features UNDER 18 and this is ADULT. So that is illegal. |
