Where would this site fit in?

Okay, here goes... I have done the story thing for almost 10 years now, so I can give you a couple of hints:

First off, I think you are trying to do a story site with the stories aimed for "women readers" instead of standard whacking stories. Fine. No problem Good idea. Nice goal.

However, link lists these days permit only 3 link offs to sponsors per page, and require a clear enter link into the main site. I spent a good amount of time on your page before I could figure out what the entrance link was (I mistakenly clicked 2 others).

So right away, you are in the ditch.

Your main story page is worse, as most of your stories are hosted on other domains. All content must be on your domain.

The 3 x 3 money bar of story sites on the bottom of the page is a big no-no... that brings your link up count up to 13 (ignoring stories) on each page. Not going to work.

The colors of the site make it almost impossible to see anything. bright white and pink background with thin black text and pinkish red links just isn't working. Please read up on contrasting and complimentary colors to understand what needs to happen here.

It is pretty much as unlistable as possible as it sits right now.
