Help me make my hosting company get my site back on the net for me!!!

Dude! Do you know how long you've been down? I do, cause I got fucked by UNskilled Host too. Lost everything on 11/28/05.

That guy is a lying fucktard. Everything you had is gone and the boy is quite unapologetic about it. DO NOT sign back up with him. Find another host. I suggest http://www.colo-cation.com/ - That's where this board is hosted and Chris (Colo's owner) won't dump your shit on the curb or treat you like an asshole.

I found this quote in a post about them on another forum. I think you need to reg another name and load that up asap. I've probably got a spare one you can have for reg fee ($8.95) if you have trouble finding something.

Then i asked them again for real proff.. and they got even more nasty

"you will never get a refund as long as you have a domain that was registered by us.
xxxxxxx.net was registered by us and is owned by us.
you have no right to use this domain or transfer it eiter."

But the domain are not theres, its mine.
Its not even reg. at skilled, but form another company, and i do have proff of this.

Then i said to them that its my domain and they should do nothing to it..

I got this reply

"yes i do you stole the domain from us and we turned you in for it.
go ahead and do a charge back and well fight it and win.
we have proof that we registered xxxxx.net on july 7th for [name] through our registar. As we didn't agree for you to transfer this domain we are appealing the transfer with icann you can see we have the legal right to appeal the transfer.
as you hacked and stole this domain."

This may sound a bit harsh, but you should contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and BBB (Better Business Bureau) for starters. Make a complaint with them that you are paying for service, and not getting jack! This will start a little fire under their ass. As an owner of a hosting company myself, trust that you DO NOT want to be on file with either of these agencies.

I think the issue here is how they are failing to support you. Even if it is an issue on your end, they should be more then willing to help you, and it should happen in a few hours, not days.

I hate to see issues like this.. there are so many better hosts out there.

I agree with the others Yauhen...your first step is to get a new host immediately. Sparky aka cd34 is a great host from what I'm told

Looks like you might be screwed on the domain based on the Whois information But, domains are pretty easy to come by. As a matter of fact, given the circumstances...I'll give you a domain if you need one to get you back in the saddle again. I just renewed some at my registrar that I'm not using...you're welcome to one of em

i've heard some nightmares about "skilled" host. be careful, i think they are hosting under a new name now as well.
