I'm not going to comment on the index of the domain, as there's a million things you can do with that.

As far as the free site (some based on my rules, some are just opinions)
1 - the page scrolls at 800 (change the top table from 780 to 750 wide)
2 - the recips look like shit, especially next to the fancy one that's your own Link List. If you're gonna link to your own Link List, do it in with the rest of the recips.
3 - the counter breaks my rules (and hiding it does not make it any better)
4 - almost the entire page is the browser's default font
5 - you have no preset colors for any of the links on the page
6 - most of that applies for the rest of the site

When you get the Link List up & running, let me know.
