This is a bit like the chicken and the egg... what happens if you're new to gallery submitting so you've never had the opportunity to be listed before?

we are pretty loyal to the gallery submitters that have been with us for years, some since 1998. Should i drop one of them for a a "newbie" that i dont know? I get just about 4000 galleries a day submitted and i have room for 250, so that makes it really tough on the "new guy"
