IMO you are just wasting time with free host - most LL owners wont list those sites.
buy domain ~ $8 / year
at start you wont need much bandwich
get yourself 10 GB bandwich for $10 get at http://www.cheapbw.com/ - its prepaid system so you buy bandwich whenever you need it (you have 2 months to use it - if you dont, just buy smallest pack (5gb) and you will have another 2 months to use it).
10GB will be enough for at least 2-3 months I guess (depends how often you will build sites)
With just one signup (lets count $30) you will get your money back + additional $12
