We share one flat and I have helped him in getting started in submitting (allso by giving him my templates)

We do not share the pussycash account.
You may have not noticed but some of the freesites submitted by him allso had an advert with my pussycash id in it.
This was a way of him paying me for my help.

If you say that we share sponsor accounts then why would we have two separate netpondash accounts ?

I think we should end the discussion here because it is going nowhere.
I don't see a way how could I convince you that I did not multisubit (other then you meeting us in person).
Ofcourse you could keep on finding other reasons to ban me, and I could keep telling you that you are not right.
You can live without my freesites and I can live without freesite submitting.
It is just a waste of time for both of us.
