True - but that is also one of the ways that surfers get pissed when their email is whored out and we don't do that to our surfers. From the program owner point of view the email is one more asset they can make money on without having to pay the webmaster for. Even the programs that pay for opt in emails are not paying for sales generated off the subsequent mailings. From the webmaster point of view I think that would be just as much of a leak as an uncredited cross sell.
