Swedguy, Torn: The information Stormpay gave to ABC News, and the spin ABC put on it, is not accurate. 12 Daily suspended operations entirely because Stormpay seized their funds. Stormpay claims it is the result of an investigation done by their bank. I called Stormpay's bank yesterday and talked to a vice president there. She said the bank is not aware of any investigation into 12 Daily, that the freeze on their funds was entirely an action of Stormpay. No government investigators have contacted 12 Daily, a whole week after their accounts were frozen. Nothing that Stormpay is claiming is turning out to be true. I think it's all a smokescreen to cover the fact that they didn't have enough funds in their account to cover a big withdrawal.

"ABC4 News did successfully contact the Attorneys General offices in both North Carolina and Georgia. Both confirmed active investigations into LifeClick L.L.C. and 12 Daily Pro, but neither has yet to take any action."

I really find it hard to believe that a bank gave someone info about what's going on with someone elses business account.
